These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by The Happybox India Private Limited. By subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with the guidelines outlined below.
1. Service Description
Happybox provides subscription-based nutritional meals for school students, delivered directly to designated school premises in Bangalore based on user-provided profile data.
2. User Responsibility
Users must provide accurate clinical data for meal calculation, including:
- Accurate Student Age, Height, Weight
- Current School & Grade Details
- Comprehensive Allergy Disclosures
3. Allergy & Health Disclaimer
While we take extreme care in preparation, we do not operate in a completely nut-free or allergen-free environment.
Parents are solely responsible for disclosing serious medical conditions. Happybox shall not be liable for health issues arising from undisclosed conditions.
4. Delivery Terms
- Delivery is made to the school's designated drop point.
- Schedule depends on school lunch hours and logistics.
- Company is not liable for students refusing to consume delivered meals.
5. Intellectual Property
All meal design algorithms, clinical nutrition templates, and branding are the exclusive property of The Happybox India Private Limited.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
7. Payments
Payments for subscriptions and services are processed through secure third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, users agree to the applicable pricing, billing terms, and refund policies published by Happybox. Happybox does not store complete card details, UPI PINs, CVV numbers, or banking credentials.
8. Subscription Cancellation
Users may request cancellation of subscription plans subject to operational timelines and meal preparation schedules. Cancellation requests submitted after meals have been prepared or dispatched may not be eligible for refunds. Refund eligibility will be governed by the Happybox Refund Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
Happybox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by schools, weather conditions, traffic disruptions, government restrictions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
10. Changes to Terms
Happybox reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
