We do not sell, rent, or trade your clinical or personal information with any third-party marketing agencies. Data is shared with delivery partners only to the extent required for physical fulfillment.
Payment Processing
Payments made through the Happybox application are securely processed by trusted third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. Happybox does not store complete debit card numbers, credit card details, UPI PINs, CVV numbers, or banking credentials on its servers.
Data Retention
Personal and clinical information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Upon a valid deletion request, data will be removed within a reasonable period unless retention is required by applicable law.
Children's Privacy
Student information is provided by parents or authorized guardians for the purpose of nutritional planning and meal delivery. Happybox does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without parental consent.
Application Permissions
The Happybox application may request permissions such as internet access, notifications, camera access, and storage access where required to provide application functionality. Permissions are used only for their intended purpose and are not used for unauthorized data collection.
